"Simple food, high value for money by the Massimo Bottura brand."

Osteria Franceschana's small sister is a good value for money proposition in the city of Modena. Nothing special with the premises and decoration yet colorful and tasteful.

We read about the famous burgers so we went a la carte to enjoy them. They were juicy with a green salsa dripping on the smashed burger. Moving on we also had the Tortellini in Parmesan cream - we also read that these are handmade by a local team of people with autism. They were also very quite delicious. We ordered the red snapper ceviche and the guinea fowl as well as the Adriatic fish that had the texture of chicken and was served along slices of cucumber.

All of them withhin their simplicity were high value for money, executed professionally setting an ideal option for Modena Visitors.

Service was adequate.
