"In one word, sensational! Nikkei cuisine rocks!"

Although the space is not much, as it is a store converted to restaurant in a major street, Pakta restaurant is anything but ordinary. It is sensational! The fusion of local ingredients with Peruvian and Japanese - Nikkei flavors in the hands of an inspirational chef is a huge success. Albert Adrià (brother of El Bulli's Ferran Adrià) and his adventurous project, hit the jackpot.

The food, simply put, takes your breath away! Dish after dish, everything is a small journey to Peru, Japan and back! You will experience an unusual depth of flavor and extraordinary detail in the appearance even of the tiny finger food.

The smart yet casual service at Pakta, will provide details on the food as well as instructions on how to eat it!

Do sit at the counter if you get a chance, because you will get to watch the Japanese chef in action. Her concentration and dedication are a thing of beauty!
