"Carl Nesjar’s interpretation of one of Picasso’s pictures."

Back in the 50's the Catalans were creative enough to declare a design competition for the headquarters of the Collegi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya. Close to the old city and the cathedral, it is a unique structure with the trapezoidal base and a tower. What's more interesting about this buiding is its facade which is Norwegian artist's Carl Nesjar’s interpretation of one of Picasso’s pictures. Also, in the basement there is a great architecture bookshop.
