Situated on top of the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center, Delta enjoys a magestically privileged setting. The viewer cannot but hold its breath upon entering.
The impressive ambiance is complemented by an adventurous secret menu which is revealed one dish at a time. Two well deserved stars for a menu that is full of surprises and new flavours reaching the desirable umami state several times. The effort put in designing and executing this level of cooking for 12 dishes is obviously admirable.
Reasonably priced at €150 it is a high value for money fine dining experience. Service was professional and suitable for this level of restaurant.
