Picture this... a burger the size of a coin, bursting with umami flavours unlike anything you ever tasted! Inside it, eel's liver, eel and quacamole, And by the time you put this heavenly, yet tiny bite in your mouth, it is gone! Leaving you there, wondering what just happened!
And that is just one dish among the many sensational bits and pieces that you wll experience at soil. Trying to find one that is flawed was a challenge. Every single one was merely perfect.
The degustation was priced at €95, with some special addons such as Wague, lobster and truffle.
On the night of the visit, a March 23 dinner service, we had the spring menu.
Service was excellent and warm.
