On the day of the visit, a Monday in April 26, we were dining with a few other mostly young singles. The restaurants offers a €90 menu for people under 30 which explains the youngsters taking the ride there. Our set menu was €150 and it included dishes that were locally sourced like trout and lard. Most of the dishes had complex combinations between sauces and proteins as well as fresh breads.
