Fountains
"A group of naturalistic sculptured figures in a fountain."

Located in the Nordre Toldbod area next to Kastellet and south of Langelinie, the Gefion Fountain features an impressive group of naturalistic animal sculptures being pulled by the legendary Norse goddess, Gefjun.

The Danish artist Anders Bundgaard, sculpted the Gefion Fountain back in 1897. Besides the obvious, make a wish upon this generous gift by Carlsberg and, who knows.
