"Hondarribia is all about fishing, nature, sea and sun."

Hondarribia is a family beachfront resort town, approximately a 20 minute drive from San Sebastian. This city has some pretty wild and challenging cliffs paths (not for the light hearted) which lead into virgin beaches through sea caves / grotes and bright green landscapes.

Thousands of tourists, mostly Spanish, gather with their families, some of them are lucky enough to own a beach house there and spend their Summer days.

It has really heavy traffic on Sunday and most restaurants are closed, so avoid visiting it on Sunday unless you enjoy mass gatherings.
