"The question is whether it would be so famous if it wasn't for the film."

The world's biggest Baroque fountain stands 26.3 meters high and 49.15 meters wide. The question is whether Fontana di Trevi would be so famous if it wasn't for Fellini's movie, La Dolce Vita. The answer is yes. Because it is stunningly beautiful.

It is hidden behind other buildings so you can't really see it from a distance. But once you get closer, it is owe inspiring. Breathtaking. Now, if it was clear of tourists, it would be so much better. I don't know what happens at night, if the situation is better, but during the day there are thousands of tourists all around it. It is even hard to take a good picture of it.
