Bolenius is a young, fresh, Northern Europeanish star establishment that is definitely worth a visit while in Amsterdam.
Natural ingredients cooked to perfection with a funky presentation that make the whole experience feel precious.
On the day of the visit there were 2, 6-course menu options for 110€; the vegetarian and the Signature. We switched our signature mains with the vegetarian ones and had a wonderful surprise dish with celery which was sensational.
