Don't let the pop music and funky decor fool you. This unassuming Michelin restaurant is in one word, sensational! Definitely more worthy of 2 or even 3 stars. Hopefully, it won't be long before the Michelin inspectors catch up with the second star.
It is kind of hidden next to a river dock, with not so obvious signage for good reason. Its presense is a wonderful almost secretive surprise.
Adventurus, creative and fun, the Daalder menu experience is not one to be missed. Due to time, we opted for the lunch menu (€135) a couple of dishes shorter than the full experience (€175) and we are still wondering about the 2 that got away!
