"A British couple comes to France for ski. And they stay."

A British couple comes to France to ski. They also visit Avignon and they fall in love with the city. So, they decide to start up a business there. Conveniently, the man is a chef. “A British who can cook!” his wife explains. Lucky for us, they created a cute little place named Fou De Fafa in the old city of Avignon and they are cookin!

Food is simple, fresh, well prepared, and timely served. Starters included calamari and shrimp which were irresistibly fresh and tender, while the main was duck breast with raspberry sauce which was succulent and very delicious. Desserts again were simple but mouthwatering. A gluten free chocolate cake and a Banoffee, both served with cream, were definitely satisfying.

Plus, you don’t have to break the bank to pay the bill...
