If you are planning a staycation at the popular pub The Free Masons, there are a few well-appointed rooms in the adjacent building.
On the day of the visit we had the 2-storey Mr Hare room. Regardless of the cute personalised theme, this was a spacious room with all the in-room amenities that you would expect from a fine hotel. The room was fully modernised and had a lot of decorative items, all evolving around Mr Hare.
The big surprise was the bathtub on the second floor with a second TV to keep guests entertained.
Not all rooms are like this but they are all at the same high standards.
With the room we had the full English breakfast which was excellent.
