Le Palace de Menthon is a five star hotel with a breathtaking view, located on the shores of Lake Annecy in France. That said, service wise, room wise and amenities wise. it was less impressive that its magificent building.
To be specific, on the day of the visit we were given a tiny room with a weird window, on the side of the building. It had basic ammenities and was decorated with a cheap, sticker wallpaper.
We were unable to book a table at the restaurant on the night of the visit because there was a wedding and a party at the same time. Room service was very limited and very expensive as a dinner option.
