The Swiss Diamond Hotel Lugano is situated right on the lake street. The rooms have a little balcony with nice views.
It is decorated in a traditional, old school Italian style throughout. The room had basic amenities and no coffee machine. It was clean but the room carpet and dated furnishings seemed heavy for this Swiss / Italian establishment.
Breakfast was included in the 330 Swiss Franc price tag during our off season, November 23 visit.
Service was average.
Parking was free across the street and in front of the hotel.
Wifi and heating were also satisfactory.
